Dismissal Routine for Away Meets
Parents should pull in and park
in a parking spot in the lower lot. You do not need to enter the
building. We will dismiss the children in time to change into
their uniforms and then we will walk them out to get into the
cars. Cross Country will then be able to pull out before we
start bringing the car pool line in. Please be sure to get here
before 3:00 in order to avoid complicating the car pool line.
If you child is going to be
riding with another parent, please send a note with your child
stating who they will be riding with. If you have other children
who do not run but will be going with you to the meet please
send a note with those children and we will bring them down at
the same time.
