At this confusing and sad time,
many families find that it is difficult to organize a
reception and provide an area large enough to accommodate
their family and friends. For this purpose, the Funeral
Reception Committee of the Saint Gregory Parish will make
available the Blue Room for members of our parish, providing
that another function does not interfere. There are times of
the year when this service will not be available. However,
when funeral arrangements are being made, the Parish Social
Worker should be able to provide this information.

Generally, we can provide the following:

- The
room, set up to accommodate up to 100.
|
| |
|
- Luncheon including entrée, side dishes, desserts, coffee,
tea, punch, and iced water.
|
| |
|
- Any
additional dishes brought by members or friends of the
family will be kept at the proper temperature until
serving.
|
| |
|
- Necessary paper goods for the function.
|
| |
|
- Volunteers to set out all items at the appropriate time
for the luncheon and maintain the food table.
|

|
